I ordered a men’s kurta and sherwani. When I received them they were not of the size and quality I was expecting.
I went on the app they showed that these products are non returnable/non replacement.
How a company have this kind of policy for clothing..?
I talked to many costumer support but all they have to say was same thing that they can’t return/replace as per company policy.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
