I was travelling with my wife and *-year-old daughter from Calicut to Dubai on August **. I reached the airport * hours ahead of schedule. At the end, I was prevented from boarding the AI flight by your staff on the ground that my visa was not valid.
I was unable to understand how the airline could refuse a valid visa holder to board a flight. Their inexplicable action forced me to buy tickets on another flight, which took off about * hours after the AI flight, enabling me to reach Dubai on the same day. Failing this, my job could have been at stake
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
