I have booked ticket at *.** PM for the flight departure at *.** PM from Doha to Chennai , and i have arrived airport for checkin at *.**PM,The Indigo officer not allowed me to checkin and i have no luggage and only laptap bag, i pegged for my urgency and if they allowed to checkin i can able to reach boarding are in * to ** min itself, I pegged to offcier in full effort, they have not understand the feeling of customer who is going to miss the flight, Even they refused to change the flight or cancel the booking, my full amount was just taken by Indigo without use.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
