Swiggy is not resolving the issues with the orders. The site always shows that the error has occurred in the help option. There is no way to reach out to them which is completely a dictatorial behaviour in the service economy.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
