It is almost ** to ** days that I am regularly complaining my internet problem but THE ISP IS not attending the complaint. Two days before an engineer came and simply stated that there is no fault from their side BUT my router is faulty. Therefore I managed to get a new router however till no one attended to set up it. In the present scenario everything is dependent on internet service. My kids are having regular online classes. I have to work from home on every alternate day. But there is no satisfactory response from the ISP.
