Internet Service Provider Microscan Infocommtech Private Limited is not addressing issues . There has been downtime of ** hrs in last * week but they never resolve issue / respond to queries. There is no contact person from their side who can consider our issues. Being an IT employee , my work is getting impacted due to their unprofessionalism
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
