microscan infocomm tech private limited - ISP not providing Internet service since 3 months

This is to bring to your notice that my Internet service provided by Microscan Info Commtech Private Limited registered to phone number +**-********** has been hampered since last * months and I have been calling everyday twice to thrice to their customer support to get the issue resolved but to no avail. Everytime I call, the customer support representative assures me that a technician will be sent over to fix the problem but the technician has never arrived till date, the other reason they frequently provide is that there is an ongoing issue in the Wakad area and the team is working on this to fix this. In this case, why is the company not infoming the customers and why is there no fix to the problem since * months. I am working from home mostly for my office work and it\'s very important to have a stable connection for my work. I have been asking the reps to get my service disconnected and provide me a refund of the remaining amount taken for the yearly package but they never ever have provided me or transferred the call to the concerned department. I am fed up of their service and hence is filing an complaint against them. please take the required action against such a service provider.
