I wish to complain about my recent order of Amazfit GTS *E with Order ID # ******* ************** that was delivered on **th July ****. I am complaining because the seal of the box was broken and the Smart watch inside is actually a TOY.
Further after chasing Myntra Support team they finally said they will not be able to accept any returns or replacement. I had shared all the relevant pictures and details on time for smooth processing. But highly dissappointed with response from Myntra and no after sales service provided.
I want Myntra to resolve this problem by checking with your Shipment company. If Myntra had dispatched right product but delivery of the product is not correct then who should be liable for this.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
