I placed my nykaa order on **st June **** and entered my other address by mistake which I cannot reach out to because of COVID. I wasn’t allowed to cancel the order as it was already shipped till I realised it. I called customer care and they told me to simply not accept the order and it will be returned to the warehouse and refunded. I did the same and contacted costumer care again and now they are informing me that they can’t do anything as they’re not accepting cancellations at the moment.
