Zomato food delivery - Not accepting 10rs coin zomato delivery partner

Hi,
I just got a delivery of my food from zomato but the delivery partner didn't accepted the ** rs of coin and thrown the food on road but still I picked up the food.
As per RBI if someone is not accepting the ** rs of coin a legal action should be taken against him.
