Agoda Booking - Not able to withdraw cashback rewards

I book hotels in Agoda on behalf of my customers. I booked about hundreds of hotel all of the hotel are costly from other apps but Agoda offers a cashback reward that can be redeem after two months so the booking will cost you a little less. Now it's *months but I am not able to withdraw my cashback rewards I have called Agoda ***times but they are not giving me any resolution. Instead they makes false promises everytime. My booking ID is #*********.
