Dear Sir,
I had redeemed my SBI Credit card's reward point to Croma e-voucher (CV**HYRK**) of Rs **** to buy some online product. The credit has massaged me the e-voucher No. However, in the payment portal of croma this voucher is not accepting and showing the error voucher not found. I tried to contact customerservice, however, there phone is mostly non-operational or they are telling to go to the store. There is no store in our state and under this type of pandemic situation it very difficult to go to the store. Most surprising thing is for utilizing e-voucher I need to go physically, then what is use of e-voucher? Kindly take some necessary action.
