I have Raised the request for Xstream Fiber Connection(***********) on *th April ****. As per the discussion with the Airtel representative, he said, he will provide me with the connection by the *th of April that's why I was ready for Airtel connection and paid immediately(Rs. **** - * Month advance payment). From *th April daily I just try to connect with Airtel customer case. They are providing me complaint number only and ensure that my problem will be solved within ** hr but didn't provide any solution.
They don't even listen to me. from the *th of April, I am only chasing my request but I didn't get any solution. I feel helpless now because I am not able to do anything.
