Purchased a premium ad package to sell one of my item on Quikr on ** April”**. Customer representative of Quikr sold me package for * ads though I have to sell only * item. Package costed me *** mentioning he will display my ad in all cities in top * ads. After purchasing the package , he gave me wrongly categorised package, when i spoke with representative again they are asking me to buy new package for respective category. I raised a complaint to change it to respective category but there is not response. Now it’s been a week and I am not able to use anything for which I paid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
