I have Goibibo Credit Shell balance available for the for SpiceJet flight booking that got cancelled because of current pandemic. I am trying to use the balance to book new journey following the guidelines provided for new booking. Everytime I click on the pay button, it says invalid credit shell. I am not able to book the flight. I tried to contact goibibo customer support via email and contact. I received automated email with the steps to follow in order to use Credit Shell but those steps are outdated and not working at all. Their contact numbers aren't reachable either. I am trying to reach them from whatever means possible but no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
