I have Goibibo Credit Shell balance available for the April, **** SpiceJet flight booking that got cancelled because of current pandemic. I was trying to use the balance to book new journey from the same source to same destination but i'm not able to. I tried to contact goibibo customer support via email and contact. I received automated email with the steps to follow in order to use Credit Shell but those steps are outdated and not working at all. Their contact numbers aren't reachable either. I am trying to reach them from whatever means possible but no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
