Flipkart - Not able to get my winning reward under a contest floated by flipkart

I was declared winner in Bid and Win competition floated by flipkart from **th may to ** may. Result was declared on **.**.****. I won a Moto z* play mobile costing *****. I was offered the mobile for rs ** only. The award was also shown in the reward section but when i tried to claim the reward the system denied. I immediately lodged my complaint with flipkart complaint no is IN*******************...after that i made several requests through phone..through emails..through twitter also to resolve my issue but even after three days the problem was not resolved. Today is the last date to claim my reward as per the t&c . But nothing has been done. If my complaint is not resolved i may loose my reward worth rs.***** which i won. It seems flipkart is not serious about giving the promised reward. Pl follow up with highest authority with flipkart to resolve my issue otherwise i dont have any option but to move consumer court.
