I reported a problem with my Whirlpool air conditioner, and a technician from Clockwin Services visited my home. Current Status:
It has been two months since the payment was made, and there has been no further communication or response from Clockwin Services. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, they have not answered any of my calls or provided any update on the status of the repair work.

This delay and lack of communication have caused significant inconvenience and discomfort, especially during the hot weather. Moreover, the considerable amount of money paid in advance has not resulted in any service, leading to financial and emotional distress.
Request for Resolution:
I request immediate action to resolve this issue. Specifically, I seek the following:
Completion of the repair work for my Whirlpool AC as initially promised.
If the service cannot be completed promptly, I request a full refund of ₹**,***.
An explanation for the delay and lack of communication from Clockwin Services.
