HAPPYEASY GO - Nonrefund of flight cancellation from happyeasygo

I wish to file a complaint against Happyeasygo for non-processing of refunds for my cancelled/eligible flight tickets despite repeated follow-ups.
Details:
• IndiGo – PNR: UZM*ML
• Akasa Air – PNR: HBDSQN
Both airlines have confirmed that they have refunded the amount long back to happyeasygo, however the amount has not been credited to my original payment method and Happyeasygo customer support has failed to provide any resolution.
I request Voxya to intervene and help me obtain the immediate refund for both bookings along with compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
