Ankit Maheshbhai Patadia filed complaint against Yatra.com on May 14, 2023
My spouse and my son were scheduled to travel on **/**/**** from Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania to Mumbai, however, the Airline company Air Tanzania refused them to board by stating that their tickets are not confirmed by the Ticket Agent in my case i.e. Yatra.com.(Yatra Booking reference *************)
I've contacted Yatra.com through Twitter and phone calls and instead to confirm tickets they canceled the above-referred booking.
Since, the time of cancelation I've not received the ticket refund amount.
Kindly assist in this regard.
