I recharged with unlimited pack *** Rsbut not able to make calls. through facebooki was told again to do another unlimited pack to avail benefit. Also appellate has the same opinion. I asked why again i should buy same pack to use. they are silent. i am asking for refund ( through internet banking). please note
history: prepaid *** rs for calls only on * jan **** ( transaction **********)
surprisingly they dont have provision:
[*] airtel portal doesnot have Grievance link at all
[*] *** failed on above subject
[*]********** failed on above subject
[*]sms to *** not successful no provision at all
[*]sms to ***** hopeless no provision at all
[*] nearest store locator failed too.
[*]airtel appellate also in sync. have unlimited pack and adviced another unlimited pact to use the first. no answer from them too.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
