*. Booked a ticket for travel from Singapore to Delhi on March **, ****. The flight did not operate due to the travel ban. Rescheduled it to March ** and later to May *, ****. The flight did not operate on any day. Later I flew on Vande Bharat on the same sector after purchasing a new ticket. there is no logic in not refunding the amount when the same sector has been flown by the same airlines.
*. Purchased another ticket for June*/July*, Delhi-Singapore-Delhi but the flights never operated. Again the airlines denied refund. Even the non-refundable tickets are refunded if flights do not operate on the date of ticket.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
