Royal Moonlight Resort - NonDelivery of Promised Services and Denial of Refund by Royal Moon Light Company

I purchased a membership from Royal Moon Light Company for hotel and resort benefits. At the time of purchase, the company's representatives gave verbal and written assurances about several perks, including flexibility and the ability to cancel the membership later.
After making the payment, I observed the following issues:
• The services and benefits promised during the sale were not provided.
• When I contacted the company for cancellation, they denied the option, despite earlier assurances.
• My follow-ups have been ignored, and no resolution has been offered.
This behavior amounts to misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practice.
I demand full refund of amount paid for the membership, immediate cancellation of membership and compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
