NAJMUS SAQUIB filed complaint against Royal Moonlight Resort on Jul 28, 2025
I have purchased ** year/** nights worldwide stay plan in *.** lakh inMarch ****.
They have not provided any confirmation document/Tax Invoice or any paperwork so far.
We have not utilzed singly stay at any of their property.
We have asked for refund, but their head office employee Deepak Kumar says their membership fee are non refundable at any circumstances.
So now we have decided to take action from all ways to get this refund & make circumstances for them so they arrange refund ASAP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
