LG Electronics - Noncompliance with warranty terms and faulty product Seeking replacement from LG India

Dear LG India,

I purchased an LG dishwasher in May ****, and ever since then, the machine has been giving me problems. It has been more than ** times that your technicians have visited my place to fix it. Even after replacing more than ** parts, the machine is still not working correctly.

The warranty period for the product is about to end next month, and yet the machine is in non-working condition since December ****. I have escalated it to the MD level, but all I get is false promises and excuses. I have spent more than **,*** Rs on this machine, and it hasn't worked even for a quarter of the time without issues.

The mental stress and financial burden that I have faced due to the faulty product have been immense. As a customer, I trusted LG, but it seems that the company is failing to honor its warranty claim. The warranty clearly states that the whole machine will be replaced if it cannot be repaired, but you keep on providing temporary fixes.

I request you to replace the faulty product as soon as possible, as I am left with no other option than to approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for help. I hope to get a speedy resolution to this matter.
