Swiggy - Non vegetarian food served instead of vegetarian

With great deal of regret, I wished to state that and inform you that against my confirmed order for a veg meal, I was served with non vegetarian meal on the auspicious day of Navratri. Nothing could have hurt me than my taking your non veg meal ignorantly. My continuous chat with your app did not yield any result at all,. I wish to make it clear that I cannot take the matter lightly as it is hurting religious sentiments, particularly on this auspicious day.


I minimum expect a quick refund of my bill amount.
