Spicejet SG-**. PNR - LYNPHC. Ticket number ********. Ye ticket non refundable thi jab maine cancellation le liye pucha toh Goibibo ke executive ne mana kiya ki yeh booking cancel nhi ho sakti. Finally passenger ready to go on flight. Airport pe staff ne kaha ki iss PNR pe ** log travel ker rahe hai ye Group PNR hai or aap dono ke names is PNR me nhi hai. Goibibo se maine ** mahino me bahut call kiye leken koi response nhi iske baad maine makemy trip ko call kiye toh unhone b kuch time baad mail daal diya ki we are not eligible to refund. Non refundable flight ki ticket pehle toh B*C platform pe bechi firr cancellation kr liye mana ker diya ki kuch b refund nhi aayega or fir Bina cancel kiye hi meri ticket kisi dusre customers ko bech di isliye uss PNR me passenger ke names hi nhi the airline ke pass. Mere pass saare documents ke screenshots hai. Or mujhe ab compensation b chahiye * saal hone ko hai mai bahut pareshan hua hu bahut calls or mails ker ker ke.
