Complaint lodged with DishTv that channels are not coming with error code *** on May **, ****. Company's service team assured that complaint will be resolved within ** hours. Subsequently, escalations were done after * days that the complaint is yet to be resolved. Company's service team assured that it will be resolved in a short time. After that number of escalations have been done. But there is no response at all from the local service team at Bhubaneswar. This is due to the fact that DishTv has taken advance rental for a long future date. I as a customer is at my wit's end as I have paid the company in advance but there is no support from the company. I am not able to change the DTH provider as money is lying with the company which the company is not returning me back nor resolving a minor complaint like Antenna alignment.
