I was booked a ola cab for dropping me at coimbatore Airport from Palakkad on ** Sep **** by **** hours . It was booked on ** sept. from my mob. No.**********. The pick up location was Shanthi Colony, Chanranagar Clony. It was also confirmed that the driver details will be intimated ** minutes before the pick up time. However neither driver details were received nor I could connect a call to the concerned. I was nearly missed my flight, could make it as I was alone. I'm not expecting such irresponsibility from such reputed firm.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
