Country Holiday Inn & Suites - Non Repudiation not delivered package and services SCAMMING

The company distributes the free coupan with certain terms and conditions through the random guys or agents and the agents asks the details like phone number, we get the call from cht to attend a small session to understand the free vouchers and other benefits. One day we were called and Mr. Jaatin Sharma the sales representative was explaining the package T*,T* etc to us we asked to tell about the coupon but he said he will do after the package explanation. In between Mr. Vijay Chauhan boss of Mr. Jatin was also involved. While we were there two others customers also purchased the package which were there persons only. Both the representatives showed us various videos and promised that wen would be getting multiple benefits like yearly free stay, discounted flights, nd other indoor activities, * nad * stars hotel stays.
They were not allowing me write any note which they were explaining, they stopped me saying we would be giving everything in writing. Mr. Jatin and Mr. Vijay clearly said *.** lakhs include AMC for this year and if I want to avail service from next year i have to pay Aamc. We clarified multiple things d we were promised by both of them.
We were forced not to write anything, and we have to take decision then nad there no time to think tomorrow or other day..... this was the sentence given by them. We trusted Jatin and Vijay and purchased the package of *.** lakhs. But while signing the contract i wanted to read the contract that whatever they have said it is actually mentioned. But Mr. Vijay denied saying it's too late trust us. We trusted their sugary talks nad paid *.** lakhs in one go.
Two months later when we asked for booking at local and other place everytime we were told that the hotels are not available.
On escalation they gave me * and * star hotels lists.
The emails are responded after multiple escalation (once in **-** days) no calls are answered when ever they are called.
Also somehow one day I got an available hotel on escalation, then I was asked to pay AMC which as per agreement on the purchase date it was not applicable for the current date. Both the representatives lied to us to sell the package.
There are multiple fraud and cheats happening
*. Discrepancy in the package being sold. There is no fox amount some get at * lakhs some at *.* ingr t *.**.
*. I never get response over email on time.
*. On multiple fights and escalation if I get email then I get email with lower grade hotels with a non availability at rooms.
*. For already paid AMC included in package for the current year I am being asked for AMC.
*. They are simple asing money and not delivering the promise.
I have wasted my money, I asked for refund since I haven't availed a single service from them and now a days Mr Vijay is so arrogant that he blames me that I ma the only customer who is arguing, other customers don't. I asked for refund but he stopped responding to mesg and calls.
I am frustrated alot and in a big trouble. I want my refund please help me.
