Dr S K Kedia filed complaint against Samsung on Nov 14, 2021
Just to brief you regarding the incident I am pointing towards, I bought a Samsung refrigerator in June **** in India, and then it started leaking water inside the compartment of the fridge, for which it was serviced at least ** times in the last * years starting from **/**/****. But still, the problem exists and now Samsung India says, it Is beyond repairable. After the last service, the fridge which was at least cooling a little bit has stopped cooling at all.

We got all this info from Samsung Call Center.
Now, They are saying there's an internal leakage which can't be repaired. If such a problem was there then why didn't they inform us on the first go? Also, they didn't tell us about the depreciation. The depreciated amount is now Rs *****/- of the value of Rs *,**,***/-. This is such unprofessional behavior from Samsung.
Also, I have a TV and washing machine of Samsung too and they also faced issues but at time repairing they said the parts are now out of stock, it's unavailable in India now. This is how they do at the time of repair.
I have written multiple emails to the service head and CEO of India, made a hundred calls but still, there was not a single positive response. All the details of the matter can be retrieved from phone no. +**-********** and reference no **********.
Just to reiterate here, that nothing in this world is permanent, the market is very volatile, today Samsung may be the dominant market player, but with this kind of attitude and behavior, nobody will reach far and a time will come, when Samsung may not be at the same position where it stands today.
