My father and mother were supposed to travel to Bangalore from Indore but my father got severely ill with pneumonia and other medical issues ,he was hospitalized at the date of travel.i submitted all the relevant documents but no response from airlines.i want refund of the flight ticket.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
