Myntra - Non refund of return item by Myntra

make a order with Order no ********************* on myntra dtd **.**.****. delivered item was returned as having the fitting issue. product picked up neither the product is returned nor refunded the money. Tried to connect with myntra,initially they make the excuse of CORONA due to which they couldn't make return stating the product failed in quality later on they said that item has already been returned to me. I raised the grievance through several times through the jago grahag and even through social site but Myntra adamantly refused to give further help. as of now neither the product has been reshipped nor the refund has been initiated. this is just the case of fraud and please intervene to refund my hard earned money and make such string regulation to stop betrayal from these ecommerce companies.
