Myself Goutam Mahata, residing at Ranibagan, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal-******. Through online I express my interest to purchase an Aquaguard water Purififer. After few days the expert from Aquaguard call me that one person will visit in my home. Bapi Mondal, Mobile no-********** from Berhampore, Murshidabad , WB office call me and visit my home and I placed an order of model no-EDGE RO+UV+MTDS and taking Rs ****.**(Two Thousand)only in cash and gave me an invoice bearing no-**** and stating that the said water purifier will be delivered within **.**.****. But after due date of delivery, that person telephonically told me that the model is out of stock. Then he repeatedly delaying the return of my advance and till date not returned my advance amount of Rs ****.**
