I have purchased revival RO in **** for Sodepur (Kolkata) room, now I am shifted to Madhyamgram (Kolkata) for that my filter was shifted as per. Yesterday your executive (Sandip Dey) reinstalled my RO with very casual approach. After * to * hours total filter was fallen down & broken.
This kind of unprofessional executive I have never seen & also not expecting.
Now for your casual executive me & my family suffering, kindly do any think to resolve my issue soon.
(moreover your executive - Mr. Sandip tried to denied his fault & not taken any responsibility, rather they are pushing me to purchasing new Purifier)
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
