Aquaguard EUREKA FORBES - CM Task No

Aquaguard Water purifier not working and even after multiple complaints (CM-******-********/Task No-*******-****-**-**) and follow up with customer support team and Nikita Kumari -Grievance Officer no service person has been visited till date. Note that the machine is under AMC for * years and they have already taken the advance cash for it.

Never ever buy Aquaguard products as they use sub standard filters and their after sales service is below standards.Their service personnel are not trained (service partners ) and they do not have direct service personnel even in bigger cities like Bangalore. I am using bottled water from past * days and have been following up, escalating and with no proper responses. Every time I get the same answer mentioned will be attended at the earliest. The whole AMC and the filter cost I paid is now wasted.
