Mr Devendra Singh filed complaint against Air india on Apr 4, 2021
My Air India flight booked online directly on Official website of Air India was cancelled due to COVID restrictions in May ****. The flight details are as under:-

Passenger name- Mr Devendra Singh
Flight no. AI *** from Kolkata to Delhi
Date- ** May ****
After repeated requests, e commerce Booking Department of Air India didn't respond . I took up matter several times with Customer Care who intimated me in October **** that my refund reference no. ***AH*****Q*U has been initiated on **/**/**** and that I would receive refund amount in my Credit Card account after few weeks.
However, I have not received the refund till date . Inspite of following it up repeatedly with E Commerce and Customer Care of Air India, I get a standard reply that they are sorry for inconvenience and that I would get refund in my account in next few weeks but till date it hasn't been received.
I asked them to intimate transaction details if they refunded to my Credit Card account but they are silent on that and continue saying since October **** that I would get in next few weeks.
In last e mail dated **/**/**** Air India Customer Care Department intimated once again that I would soon get it and that there's long queue of refund due to COVID.
A harrowing and frustrating experience with financial loss of Rs ****.**
