Travolook - Non receipt of refund after cancellation of ticket

RIDHI JALAN filed complaint against Travolook on Jul 19, 2021

An on line air ticket had been take from travolook on ** June, **** . But suddenly after booking, the ticket has been cancelled with assurance that within **-** working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday) money will be refunded to the same bank account. In this context an email had also been sent to me. Till date, the aforesaid amount is not refunded in spite of several telephonic calls and emails. So keeping this fact in mind, I am lodging this complaint. Please see my case and arrange a refund of my aforesaid amount as soon as possible.
