Ticket ID ****** regarding Holdback amount against car Sales for customer presence in RTO - *******.

It has been more than ** months since we sold the vehicle No.UP**CE**** to you and transfer of ownership at RTO Ghaziabad. But we are yet to receive our balance payment of Rs.*****.**. We sent various reminder emails and phone calls but there is not any firm answers from the company. We need our balance amount on urgent basis with interest of *% per month for ** months.
