Olx Autos - Delay in RC tranfer

I have sold the Wagon car on **th Jun'** on a promise of ** days car RC tranfer by sales person Mr. Jengeti shankar of OLX autos And after selling the car now he is informing the company policy is *** days for RC tranfer and also not lifting the call. These people are cheating the customers with false promises which will effect the brand value of OLX autos and no one believe the brand.And they have sold it to a dealer which is very dangerous.
