Olx Autos - Holded amount of not credited in my account

I sell my car Hyundai Grand I** in olx autos for *,**,*** for which they have paid me *,**,*** in my bank and told me that **,*** will be paid after the car name transfer. Its been * months still my **,*** not credited. I Tried to contact olx autos person multiple times but nothing happens this is purely unprofessional from a company like olx. Want my **,*** asap.
