Air india - Non issue of complete Refund
Ramesh KUMAR Kapoor filed complaint against Air india on May 20, 2021
Two tickets were booked through Agent for Air India flights on **/**/**** in the name of Ramesh KUMAR Kapoor & Parinita Kapoor having PNR YPPXP & JILQL & E-tickets number ************* & ************* from Delhi to London on **/**/**** in flight AI*** & back from London to Delhi on **/**/**** in flight AI***. Rs*,**,*** was paid for booking of tickets . After making number of requests to Air India & Agent through which tickets were got booked for refund due to cancellation flights by Air India. I received a refund of Rs ***** only on **/**/**** against paid Rs *,**,*** for booking of tickets. Now I have multiple times requested to Air India & Agent for giving the refund of balance amount but Air India is replying that refund has already been issued & Agent is replying he has not received the refund of balance amount. It is requested to take up the matter with Air India for the refund of balance amount. I shall ethankful to you
