An order was placed on the their website (https://www.electronicscomp.com/) on September **, ****. Despite an email reminder, I received a response on September ** stating that some items were out of stock, even though they were shown as in stock on the website. They mentioned it would take another *-* days. I requested a refund as I could not wait any longer. In the meantime, I have purchased these components from another website.
Complained on Consumer Helpline and company replied on the portal on ** December, **** saying they will refund within *-** working days. Till date, nothing has been received.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
