Dear Jeep India Customer Care Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing in response to your email dated March **, ****, regarding the complaint registered under Communication ID *-***********. However, I must clarify that the correct complaint number is I-***********, not the one mentioned in your communication.
I appreciate your acknowledgment of my concerns regarding the quality of repair and the commitment to resolving the issue within ** hours. However, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of progress and communication since I reported the issue on March **th. Despite your assurance of allocating a manager to oversee my case, I have not received any updates or responses to my inquiries.
To provide context, my vehicle experienced a breakdown on March **nd shortly after a full servicing at your workshop. Despite the servicing, the vehicle broke down again on the same day while I was returning home. Subsequently, the RSA retrieved the vehicle on March **rd and delivered it to the workshop on March **th. However, due to a holiday, there was a delay in the workshop's response, and I have been unable to obtain any substantial information regarding the repairs or the status of my vehicle since March **th.
This incident is part of a series of recurring breakdowns my vehicle has experienced in the past three months, resulting in extensive repairs and billing discrepancies. Despite being under warranty for certain parts, I was billed Rs. **,*** for additional replacements during a prior service, which did not resolve the underlying issues.
On March **rd, I returned the vehicle to Celica Automobile, Kolkata, for further servicing due to recurring issues. Despite my concerns about the vehicle's condition and the need for immediate attention, the workshop opted for a prolonged diagnosis process, followed by a full servicing without addressing the core issues. This resulted in a bill of Rs. **,***, and the vehicle broke down again shortly after being serviced.
I am deeply concerned about the technical competence, professionalism, and integrity of Celica Automobile, Kolkata, and Jeep India's management. The lack of commercial transparency, delayed responses, and ineffective solutions have severely impacted my trust in your services and also resulted a lot of mental harassment and monneytory losses.
I urge you to escalate this matter urgently, provide transparent updates regarding the status of my vehicle, and take immediate corrective actions to address the recurring issues. Furthermore, I request a comprehensive explanation regarding the incorrect complaint number provided in your previous communication and complete investigation report.
I look forward to your prompt response and a tangible plan of action to resolve these ongoing issues and restore my confidence in Jeep's service standards and handover me the vehicle immediately .
Since there was no communication from your end after **th March I would like to go for claiming compensation as well.
