I have loan with stashfin and due to some financial issues I'm not able to make the payment and requested multiple times to waive off the Penalties so that I'll make the payment in the app but no one responded but today one of your executive called me and told me that I'll get NOC and Penalties waiver if i make the payment of **,*** but due to some personal emergency I have in the hospital but your executives tortured me alot until making the payment but after making the payment your executives are abusing me and not lifting my calls and didn't provide me the NOC also
Kindly look into this issue and kindly provide the NOC for the same and update to the CIBIL as closed as soon as possible
