Indiabulls - noc not provided for foreclosure and also next emi deducted

I have provided the entire foreclosure amount on *th Dec **** but the loan has not been foreclosed yet and I have not yet been provided the noc. On top of that, my next scheduled emi has been deducted for this month. Despite of numerous reminders and follow-ups via call, email and social media, no updates have been provided to me. As per their policy, foreclosure and noc is provided in * working days but it has been a month.

Kindly provide resolution by escalating the matter and also, probe the company for such wrong deeds. Also, help me to sought for hefty compensation from Indiabulls. Kindly let me know in case I need to approach the consumer forum for this matter.

Also, request to take strict measures against such financial institutions so that they don't dare to cheat customers in the future.

Sir, let me reiterate the point that I shall be demanding a hefty compensation from Indiabulls as this has harassed me both mentally and physically. I have made ** calls in the last ** days. Their shift managers seem to be un-available all the time and the customer support people don't know how to deal with the customers. I was thinking of visiting their office but they are not willing to provide their Bangalore office address which seemed strange to me. Kindly let me know in case I need to file a case against them in the consumer court as well.
