Indiabulls - Unauthorized deduction

Ashutosh Kumar filed complaint against Indiabulls on May 26, 2020

I have taken a loan on May **, **** of Rs.***** for ** months of EMI of Rs.****. The due date is the *th of every month.

Dhani has introduced an option of Pay Now using which I have paid EMI amount on May **, ****, but Dhani has not updated my EMI till now and the bank has charged * ECS return charges now of Rs.*** and Rs.***. I have shared my all documents to them and raised this issue more than * times, all the time they have shared me email that they have updated my issue but till now. The issue is not solved and EMI is not updated yet.
