Indiabulls - Paid subscription fee 3 times for credit line at Dhani but no service provided

I had paid subscription fees to dhani for credit line but mo service provided. It only shows request accepted for an upgrade and after few days it asks for another subscription fees. After complaining through email, tey respond that subscription fee can't be refunded. But I was served an empty plate with lot of bills. I'm just frustrated. Please help me out. Thank you.
