I have made the paymnet on **th of Oct'**** for Flat cleaning and repair work and asked Nobroker to complete the work by **th Nov Morning and hand over the keys as the tenant was moving in from **th Nov' ****. I followed up by email, phone and customer services on **th ,**th and **th but bo response. Frustrated I have rebooked all the services from different vendor and the tenant move in was delayed. I lost the rent money for * days and had a pay for the cleaning services again on my own. After that, I asked for my money refund and *K for the inconvenience, and so far, no proper response or refund. I have informed them I will send Legal notice too but they don't care and have not refunded so far.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
