# Nobroker Movers& Packers Staff was extremely rough & forceful, and they forcefully delivered goods at my society at mid-night & created nuisance in society, when strict instructions were given to them to deliver goods as per society rules.
# They terribly damaged my Sony Television worth **k through their services.
# Nobroker customer support asked me to file claim, but claim team started assessing depreciated value of product rather than paying fully for damages. Value assessed *.*k which does not cover for damages cost of **k.
#Nobroker assured to coordinate with Claims team and also assured damage recovery cost.
# I sent multiple mails and made huge number of calls with Nobroker, but they don't respond to mails & calls.
# I started to Twitter Nobroker and their only responses on Twitter are like 'Hi Leena, we understand that you are waiting for an update. Please be assured that we are actively working on your issue and one of our specialists will connect with you to share the update. We appreciate your patience.'
#I have sent atleast more than ** Twitter messages over past ** days, but they aren't getting back with any concrete resolution.
# Nobroker has been extremely unprofessional and been a cause of mental harassment, right from packaging, delivery of Goods, to no response, no resolution to damages/customer grievances.
# I have been wasting time, effort, money on following up with Nobroker, aside to having incurred damages, and mental stress.
# My damaged TV is lying in my house for over a month, as the Nobroker team has yet not resolved this matter.
# I want that Nobroker fully pays for all of damages, aside to sending an apology for having caused extreme levels of frustration and for wasting of my time.
